What the guide adds
An electronic program guide (EPG) displays schedule information alongside a channel list. Depending on the provider and player, it may include program names, times, descriptions, and artwork. A guide is metadata; it does not create or authorize the underlying stream.
Why the schedule may look wrong
Guide data can be missing, use a different channel identifier, or show times in a different time zone. Some players cache guide information, so an old schedule may remain visible until the app refreshes it.
Confirm that the provider supplies guide data for the channel and that the player has loaded the intended guide source. Check daylight-saving and time-zone settings on both the device and the player.
Refresh methodically
Refresh the guide from the player settings, then allow the process to complete. If only a few listings are missing, note the channel names and time zone before contacting the provider. Avoid repeatedly clearing application data unless the app's documentation recommends it.
