Check one variable at a time

First check whether other apps on the same device can reach the internet. Restart the player, then restart the device if needed. If several devices have the same problem, check the router and internet connection before changing the player configuration.

Try another network connection only if your data plan and local rules allow it. Avoid using public Wi-Fi for account details or private playlists.

Reduce local network strain

Pause large downloads, move a wireless device closer to the access point, or use Ethernet where practical. Rebooting the router can clear a temporary issue, but repeated resets are unlikely to fix a persistent signal or provider problem.

If the player has a documented buffer or playback-format setting, change one option at a time and record the original value. Return to the previous setting if quality gets worse.

When to contact the provider

If the app reports invalid details or the issue affects only one source, ask the provider to verify the account, configuration, and current availability. Share the error text and device model, but do not send a password or full playlist URL in a public message.

Use the FAQ for common connection questions or browse device guides.
